This authentic house- is neatly placed on top of the picturesque street. Overlooking the Piran's gulf, the Trieste gulf and the main church of St. George with it's tower will take your breath away, while you enjoy the sunny terrace with your dearest and wonder about this amazing sea side town.

House Julija will definitely astonish you and reveal it's stories with its position in one of the oldest historic parts of Piran, where you can discover the towns charm and sights at the door step.

Bright and spacious house is made to please. Traditional architecture and all the modern features one might need for a wonderful stay. Build in three floors connected with wooden staircase lead up to the sunny terrace on top with sea views is a delight. On the first floor a large living space with a kitchen and a dining area is place to be- to spend time together over a homemade meal or just to have fun around the table and enjoy the moment.

In the upper floors three separate bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has a two single beds. One of the bedrooms is a special treat- the so called- love nest next to the terrace. Spending the evenings under the stars, listening to the city vibe, soaking in the atmosphere, while in the distance the sea gently hits the shore and the lights of passing ships take over the Adriatic sea.

Everything a step away, best beaches only 1 minute away from the house. Even if you just want to have a refreshing splash in the sea and head back to the house for the afternoon nap time or run to the market for a cooled watermelon or a seasonal treat- it will take you just a short moment- which feels later worth every second.
