Comfortable, spacious and central apartment in a building dating from the 18th century, was once connected with Maribor's city castle. Situated in the old town, on Grajski square is where you can soak in the city's atmosphere and enjoy Maribor's vibe.

Period features and details with all the convenience and modern comforts of a very recently refurbished property. To be found on the raised second floor, it is an oasis of calm despite its central location.

Overlooking the castle and some of the best restored houses in the old core will take you on a journey back in time. Grajski square is a place of frequent shows, street performances and fairs. So you could enjoy everything from the apartment above in a safe distance or have a drink in oneof the cafe's outside.

In the building there were numerous establishments throughout the history and now still hosts a very popular city coffee house- Astoria opened in 1929- a meeting point for the locals with a very vibrant atmosphere. A restaurant with a huge courtyard behind and a fashion shop. Just across you have two bakeries, numerous bars and restaurants.

On the square you can find an old art cinema with exhibition / entertainment program. Recently renovated mansion across the square operates as a modern gallery with occasional stage shows. There is a tobacco shop, tea house, a hairdresser and shops with popular global brands. All thing said- a movie was made about the famous coffee house in the building, screening it annually in a near by cinema.
