Charismatic Stone Villa immersed in an evocative countryside. Istrian Hideaway is in the middle of vineyards in a small Istrian village where you can spend your holiday embraced by idyllic nature and take pleasure in the turquoise swimming pool.

The 19th century typical Istrian stone house was enlarged with two modern wings and a swimming pool with garden studio for your summer holiday in 2018. The house has 3 bedrooms - with double beds and twin beds, two large bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a huge window overlooking the garden.

Stunning sunsets, nature and fun activities, along with the content tailored for every need will grant you a holiday far away from the city's stress. The house offers spectacular views of the olive groves and further down to the sea.

The outside kitchen offers barbecue facilities. A swimming pool with outside shower will provide refreshment. On comfortable deckchairs you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the luxuriant garden full of mediterranean plants and scents.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the possibility of preparing any kind of delicacies. Oven, gas stoves, spacious fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher are part of the set up appliances.

Thanks to the thick stone walls, the stone house offers a cool and pleasant summer climate, Wi-Fi and a large TV with a satellite receiver. With an internal surface of 140 m² and a 850 m² garden it will certainly satisfy even the most demanding comfort standards.

The land is bordered by an ancient dry stone wall. A free, shaded parking area provides space for two vehicles. You'll find 2 bikes free to use and a lockable storage room for your equipment. As guests you will have the whole property for you alone and access to the house and garden. You will enjoy a cosy space, which takes care of detail, surrounded by beautiful landscape, where you can escape and your only connection will be through the wellbeing of your five senses.

SOURROUNDINGS

The village of Vranje Selo lies in the middle of a truly wonderful and untouched nature. From the house you can directly walk into the Istrian landscape, amongst woods, olive groves and vineyards.

Several beautiful beaches, such as Cervar, can be reached in no more than 15 minutes by car. The surroundings of Vranje Selo are a paradise for lovers of good wine. Just a few steps away you will find some of the most famous Istrian winemakers.

In the nearby village of Vižinada, only 2 km from the house, there are two grocery stores, a bar, ATM and a post office. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants and farmhouses with an exceptional traditional Istrian cuisine.

For kids there is a small playground in the village and some amusement parks in the vicinity like Aquapark Istralandia, Aquacolors in Poreč and Dinopark in Funtana.

Larger cities such as Poreč and Novigrad lie within a quarter of an hour's drive distance, while at the same distance there are the beautiful medieval towns of Groznjan and Motovun, well-known by truffle lovers. In Motovun in July the Open Air Film Festival is held. The picturesque towns of Rovinj and Piran can be reached in about forty minutes by car.

There are several places to do paragliding in the area, even as a tandem experience.

Parenzana, an amazing cycling trail with breathtaking views over the region, extends on the Parenzana railroad track from the beginning of the last century, for 123 kilometers from Trieste to Poreč, passing through Visinada. You can rent mountain bikes right there.

The village is served by a local bus line, but it is recommended that you come by car. The nearest airports are located in Pula and Trieste at about 60/100 km away.
